Connect to Customer CentralPasskey Management
The Passkey Management service allows enrolling FIDO-compatible Crescendo devices (device-bound passkeys) to Microsoft® Entra ID and PingOne® users.
Unique to HID, the service also allows unlocking the PIN for passkeys, therefore avoiding the loss of registered credentials for multiple applications and eliminating the need for backup devices.
Inventory Management
The Inventory Management service provides a centralized view of your device inventory and orders, allowing you to view a summary of devices, including a searchable list of provisioned devices, as well as an overview of orders with their details and status.
User and Role Management
The User Management service allows administrators to easily control and manage user access and authentication within Customer Central.
