Customer Central is a unified hub allowing to manage your HID services and products in a single portal.

Device Management:

  • Provision FIDO-compatible Crescendo devices (device-bound passkeys) to Microsoft Entra ID users

  • Unlock FIDO device PINs

HID Integration Service icon

HID Integration Service - onboard and manage your end-customers

User Management icon

User Management:

  • Create and manage administrative users

  • Assign roles or permissions to ensure secure, role-based access to services

Note: The following features will be available in a future version:
  • License Management - monitor the status of your licenses

  • Product Downloads - access your licensed products and updates

  • Service Management - view your contracts and services and manage renewals

  • Inventory Management - view your stock of devices and order new devices

About Subscriptions and Licenses

The HID services are subscription-based and require valid licenses to access the following services:

  • FIDO Provisioning (and application)

  • Device Unlock (and application)

If no valid licenses are available, the corresponding services are unavailable or hidden.

To purchase new licenses or renew existing ones, contact your HID Account Manager.

Note: The User Management services do not require a license.
