Event Management Supervisor

Event Management Supervisor (EMS) is responsible for processing visitor upon arrival and departure and can approve (move from Fail to Pass) a Security Check. The EMS supervises all EMO activity. The EMS can override EMO's decisions and actions

• EMS Check In and Check Out process is similar to EMO Check In and Check Out. Refer EMO Check In and Check Out

• Once the Event is scheduled and the visitor has been kept on hold (Pending) in the watchlist, the EMS validates the reason for the hold, verify the resolution of the reason and approves or deny the event check-in.
