Event Management

Event Management provides a secure and rapid entry solution to manage access to event locations. It helps manage contractors, vendors, volunteers, and other non-ticket holders who need access to venues.

This section of the document enlists the different Event Management users and their rights.

  • Event Managers can create events and add contractor admins to events.

  • Contractor admins can further invite contractors and employees to the events.

  • Using the Event Management Officer (EMO) role, an EMO group can be set up where staff responsible for checking in event visitors can be added.

  • In addition, a supervisor group can also set up to manage the event visitor operations and to review or override watchlist matches during check-in time. Admins can also set up kiosks at respective locations to check-in event visitors.
